Welcome to Local Commerce OS ("the Platform"), operated by Local Commerce OS. By creating an account, scanning a code, joining a merchant's rewards, or placing an order through the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Local Commerce OS is a technology platform that connects local merchants with their customers through QR codes, membership, loyalty rewards, and an in-app store. For any purchase, the sales contract is between you and the merchant. We facilitate the transaction; we are not the seller of the merchant's goods or services.
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Platform.
Loyalty points, stamps, and vouchers are issued by individual merchants, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or change according to the merchant's rules. Merchants are responsible for honouring their own rewards and offers.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy from the merchant, who may accept or decline it. Prices, availability, delivery, and fulfilment are set by the merchant. Please read the merchant's own terms where provided.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading unlawful or infringing content, interfering with its operation, or using it to send spam or fraud.
The Platform, its software, and its branding belong to Local Commerce OS or its licensors. Merchant and user content remains owned by whoever provided it; by submitting content you grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of merchants, for goods or services you buy from them, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms or the law.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
